First up today, two tiers have just been added. If you are a Dies irae fan or newcomer to the series looking for some more tier options, or for those of you who have previously backed the anime crowdfunding project in Japan, these tiers offer a different variety of currently offered rewards.
The first is the “Gotta have it bundle 1.” This reward tier is the $200 “T-shirt + tapestry.” tier without the rubber straps included.
The second is the “Gotta have it bundle 2.” which is the $400 “Replica shikishis. (Full set)" tier minus the rubber straps and LDO member tapestry.
Updates for additional new rewards and for the Stretch Goals are still on the way, so please stay on the lookout!
Kickstarter exclusive tapestry.
The Kickstarter exclusive tapestry image that has been used on the project page is, as some of you may have noticed, a design from a previous tapestry. Because that design is already available, there will be an all-new tapestry design just for this Kickstarter. Once the campaign is funded, all backers who have pledged for a reward tier with the KS exclusive tapestry will be able to choose either the previous design or the Kickstarter exclusive one.
We sincerely apologize for not catching this sooner, and for any confusion it may have caused.
Please note that the KS exclusive tapestry is an option for backers of this Kickstarter only, so will not be available after the Kickstarter ends.

Meet the characters!
The all-star Dies irae World Emanation Project localization team has done some wonderful work putting together these character introductions. The team members' Twitter accounts are linked below, so please give them some love for all of their tireless efforts!
Ren Fujii by ReadingSteiner
First up is our protagonist, Ren Fujii.
Ren is a very laid-back and carefree kind of guy who values the mundane things in life. The arrival of the LDO in Suwahara city casts him into a world of madness beyond his comprehension, leaving him with no choice but to adapt to his new and difficult situation.
In battle, he wields the fearsome guillotine "Marguerite Breuilh", allowing him to take the head of anyone he slices across the neck. More than anything, Ren simply wants for time to halt, for the insanity that has fallen upon him to end, and for his peaceful days to last forever.
Reinhard Heydrich by GareJei
Here is one of the Dies irae's memorable villains: Reinhard Heydrich, the man standing at the top of the Longinus Dreizehn Orden. Once an agent of Germany, he is now transcended: Reinhard is the Golden Beast, the Monarch of Destruction, the Harbinger of Beguiling Light.
Though he was present at the fall of Berlin, he soon vanished amidst the flames of the burning capital, never to be seen again.
Reinhard fears no man or gods, his destructive hunger driven by a simple desire: to lay waste upon all that crosses his path.
He is like a radiant flame, his followers the moths unable to resist it; to call him a "male femme fatale" would be no exaggeration at all.
Exactly why he wishes ruination upon all the cosmos is a mystery for readers to solve, but one thing remains certain: Reinhard will return.
...And on that Day of Wrath, the skies shall rain fire, with heaven and earth in ashes ending -- as foretold by David and the Sibyls.
Mercurius by Conjueror
Now let's introduce one of the central villains of Dies irae: Karl Ernst Krafft, Number XIII of the Obsidian Round Table, also known as Mercurius. He was the one who approached Reinhard Heydrich in 1939, and introduced him to the path of sorcery, leading to his transcendence.
A man of uncertain origins, he has lived through countless lives, experiencing everything there was to the world, exhausting its unknowns. All members of the LDO view Mercurius with scorn, as his hermitic disposition represents everything that their esteemed leader is not. It is through his machination that the city of Suwahara descends into madness in 2006, although he himself refuses to take the stage.
For there is but one predetermined finale to any play he would ever decide to take a role in...
Also on the team is the translator GundamAce and the editor Qaenyin, they will be presenting character introductions in future updates!
And...!
